On November 5th, sponsored by risk assessment on the quality and safety of aquatic products laboratoryfrom the ministry of agriculture (Wuxi) (hereinafter referred to as the "risk assessment laboratory"), the aquatic products quality and safety risk assessment project seminar was held in Chengdu. Prof. GuXiaohong, party committee secretary from Institute of geography and limnology of Chinese academy of sciences; Prof. Li Le, deputy director from institute of aquatic product quality and standard research center of CAFS Participated in the seminar. This seminar is hosted by Prof. Bin Xuwen, project director of the risk assessment laboratory and chief scientist.
The theme of the seminar is "assessment of the impact of environmental pollutants on quality and safety of aquatic products and key controlling point evaluation". As a project seminar, risk assessment lab reported the annual implementation plan and specification in the project, the participation units also presented the progress of the project and made the staged achievements. After that, every units discussed the project's completion and risk assessment work for 2017.
Prof. GuXiaohong, and Prof. Bing Xuwen affirmed on the project's progress and achievements; Prof. Li Le, delivered a closing speech ,and raised suggestions on future tasks of quality and safety risk assessment work.
