On May 19, FFRC held a Party Committee theory study meeting to convey and study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speech, and to study the history during the period of socialist revolution and construction. The meeting was presided over by Wan Yibing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of FFRC.

Director Xu Pao gave a guide on the history of the socialist revolution and construction period. Only under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China can we create a new China. Only by taking the socialist road can we achieve national independence. Only by working with the masses can we overcome difficulties. Only by continuously strengthening self-construction can we learn from failures and achieve better progress.

At the meeting, Ge Xianping, Secretary of the Party Committee of FFRC, conveyed the important spirits of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches during his investigation in Henan and the South-to-North Water Diversion Symposium. He emphasized that we should profoundly understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on ecological and environmental protection, contact our own work and do a good job in research on resource and environmental protection related to water sources. We must deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major requirements for pushing forward all-round rural vitalization and contribute to fishery science and technology. We should effectively combine the study and education of the Party history with the study and practice of the important speech spirit of the general secretary.
