On December 9, the 2023 China Agricultural High-quality Development Forum and the 4th Golden Bridge Award Commendation Conference for Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers Science and Technology Service of China Technology Market Association were held in Beijing. The achievement of “Digital Technology Integration and Demonstration of Freshwater Aquaculture Industry” completed by the Freshwater Fishery Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences won the second prize of the 4th Golden Bridge Award for Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers Science and Technology Service of China Technology Market Association.
In recent years, FFRC has made outstanding achievements in the field of fishery economy and information technology application and freshwater aquaculture digital technology integration and demonstration, and has built the national, provincial and municipal professional technology platform such as the Freshwater Aquaculture Professional Innovation Sub-center of the National Digital Fishery Innovation Center and Wuxi Digital Rural Service Resource Pool Unit. FFRC has a complete digital fishery data management system, and has mastered a number of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights in the field of fishery data collection, analysis and industrial application.
With the support of project funds at all levels, the Fishery Economics and Information Team of FFRC has published 52 academic papers, obtained 53 authorized patents, registered 20 software copyrights, and more than 21,000 acres of extension and application area.
