At 10 a.m. on 16 October, the 20th CPC National Congress opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The 20 th CPC National Congress was a very important congress held at a crucial moment when the whole Party and the people of all nationalities throughout the country embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects and marched toward the Second Centenary Goal.

The majority of Party members of the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center watched the live broadcast of the congress through major radio and television media for the first time and listened to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s report.
