On September 26-27, the National Conventional Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System held the Initiating Meeting of Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Experimental Station in Tangshan. Ge Xianping, secretary of the Party Committee of FFRC, Chief Scientist of the National Conventional Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System participated in these activities. The meeting was presided over by Tian Jianzhong, Director of Hebei Provincial Aquatic Technology Extension Station.

At the meeting, Liu Xiaoli, Director of Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Experimental Station, reported on the development of the system work and the existing problems since the establishment of the station, and formulated a work plan for the next year. After listening to the report, Chief Scientist Ge Xianping answered the questions one by one, and introduced the changes in the post stations and the latest management methods since the establishment of the system.

After the meeting, Chief Scientist GE Xianping and other experts went to three demonstration counties of Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Experimental Station in Caofeidian District, Fengnan District and Yutian County to carry out research on the experiment situation of the new varieties Jian Carp No. 2, Hefang Crucian Carp and Hefang Crucian Carp No. 2, visited FFRC strain common carp breeding enterprise.
