On January 7, the Award Ceremony for the Excellent Dissertation Supervisor of Jiangsu Province in 2021 and Postgraduate Supervisor Training Meeting were held at the Student Activity Center of Nanjing Agricultural University. President Chen Fadi, Vice President and Dean of the Graduate School Dong Weichun attended the meeting, which was presided by Wu Yidong, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School. Twenty-seven master and doctoral supervisors from FFRC, including Jiang Gaozhong, Vice Dean of Wuxi Fisheries College, and Xu Gangchun, a new doctoral supervisor, participated in the training.

During the training, the supervisors actively participated in thematic seminars and exchanges, and had a clear understanding of supervisor team building, postgraduate ideological and political education, postgraduate cultivation and management, and had a deep understanding of the quality and requirements of postgraduate supervisors, which further enhanced their sense of professional mission and honor.
